Yes unforseen. This is the ONLY web software I have that still requires manual installation.

If you had read the update/grade instructions and followed those, it wouldn't have been a problem (and it certainly wasn't).
On previous occasions ... yep, you also had update issues 2020, 2023,and now 2024 : all because you didn't follow the recommended procedure.
