Thank you, this was it. The images extension group was set at 512 KiB. Not sure if this was a default setting and it was reset when I installed the latest update. I didn't have a problem uploading attachments before.

Indeed and it’s bad practice to have spaces in file names in any case.

I'll keep this in mind. I sent the images from my phone and didn't bother renaming them. Image may be NSFW.
