If you used the full package upgrade, then your English language pack should be up to date.Ok. Thank you.
So, double checking the process.
- I need to delete what the system thinks is the existing English language pack.
- Then install the English language pack.
If you want to use the US English package as default, you need to upload that (and set it as default language if that's what you want) and inform your users that they can select their preferred language in the UCP.
