That would depend on your browser. But for most browsers the answer is yes and an option to open new links automatically and show the new window/tab. Try a google search for your current browser.

I was unable to find any in Google search. I am using Chrome, Firefox & Edge
Maybe you can tell me ?

In Firefox: Hold down the shift button when you left click a link for it to open in a new window.

If you want the link to open in a new tab instead, then there's an option for that in the settings. It should say something like "Open links in tabs instead of new windows."
