Do you (or another admin) have database access (phpMyadmin or similar)?
If yes, you can create an emergency founder account.

If you or another admin have file-access, and access to Backup and Restore, then you could create a fake backup file with the emergency founder SQL only. Restoring that backup file would create the Emergency Founder account.
