In my opinion, a WHO IS query should meet the purpose of determining the location of the owner of this IP address. It is clear that this is not always exactly exactly on the meter. But at least the query should represent the approximate location of the owner of the IP address. Everything else makes no sense to me. I don't want to know which organization is between, but know which person is in my forum!
