Title/Job Description: Help Fixing My Website - I Cannot Log Into My ACP - ALSO - Possible Upgrade

Deadline:No big rush, but I just don't want to stretch out the fix if it's a hacker

Detailed description of the tasks:Everything seems to be working on my website. I can log in normally as a user, I can even do moderator chores, but when I try to log into my ACP, I get re-directed to a 403 webpage. It did happen suddenly. My server says that they did not do any mod_security changes. Thank you for your consideration.
