Sure, you can do this in two ways.

Easy way:
From ACP Users and Groups -> Users -> Custom profile fields then "create new field"

More specialized:
Create a new file with the name "viewtopic_body_postrow_custom_fields_after.html" and move it to this folder:
ext\leenoz\zeina\styles\zeina\template\event

You can add some codes like:

Wow awesome, thank you very much. I also noticed the icon like "hot topic" not displaying as it should, its overlapping the forum icon. Can you point to the right direction on about fixing that please.

Another question i have is that how do you change the topic icon? Like on your demo you have announcements, instead of the chat box icon you have the megaphone icon. I dug around but couldnt find any solution
