Hmm. Sounds like fun, I'll give this a try and will report back. Also! I gladly acknowledge all typos indicated as poetic license.Basically what you want seems to be a separate (sub)forum for each "poet".
As such you could grant the "poets" some moderative permissions for their respective forum (and other "poets" would have just plain standard user permissions in the forums not assigned to them).
